Suspect Arrested After Van Strikes Multiple Pedestrians In Toronto

On Monday, a so-far unidentified suspect plowed into pedestrians on the sidewalk in Toronto, injuring a reported 8-10 people... maybe more. Stephen Powell, district chief for Toronto Fire, has since confirmed that there have been multiple casualties.
