Saving Private Ryan's Tom Sizemore Arrested After Alleged Physical Altercation With His Girlfriend

Yikes.
Tom Sizemore -- originally of Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down fame -- was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly beating up his girlfriend, according to TMZ.
Authorities say LAPD received several 911 calls this morning after a woman was heard screaming, and when cops arrived to the scene Tom's GF said the 54-year-old struck her in the head and face after an argument turned physical. We hear she denied medical treatment. Sad.
