On Friday, Ryan was on his way to Good Morning America's studios in Times Square when fate intervened and stopped his elevator right below the famous Waterford Crystal triangle loaded New Year's Eve ball. It's pretty ironic considering Seacrest will be hosting New Year's Rockin' Eve on Saturday night alongside Jenny McCarthy!
