Kenneth Welsh, 'Twin Peaks' Actor, Dies at 80

Kenneth Welsh has sadly passed away.
The Canadian actor, who has over 200 screen credits to his name, died on Thursday (May 6) at the age of 80, the Canadian film and television union ACTRA confirmed Friday (May 7), via Variety.
