At the end of December, the 57-year-old actress left a treatment facility to celebrate Christmas with her family in Los Angeles, a friend tells People.Heather intended to return to rehab after the holidays, but is now “doing out-patient rehab at home” with the help of her family.
“She’s doing great. She has her parents staying with her, which has been great for everyone truly close to her,” the friend shares. &ldq
