Heather Locklear Arrested For Domestic Violence

It's back to jail for Heather Locklear!
TMZ is reporting the actress was arrested Sunday night for felony domestic violence and battery on a police officer after cops responded to an incident at her Thousand Oaks, CA home.

According to the 911 call, Heather's brother came home to a fight between the actress and her boyfriend. He called 911, and when cops arrived they saw visible marks on the guy.
