Friend Says Mel B 'Solicited' Him To 'Harm' Ex Stephen Belafonte!

Mel B and Stephen Belafonte's split continues to be a disaster.
In a new court filing obtained by The Blast, a friend of the couple, Derek Craig Daniel, claims he ran into the Spice Girl back in February and he recalls her saying she "would be better off" if Stephen were dead. Daniel even goes as far as to say Mel "solicited him to either harm or find someone to help her harm Stephen." Hm.
