Electoral Integrity Project Finds North Carolina Is No Longer Technically A Democracy!

North Carolina is totally flunking Integrity 101.
The Electoral Integrity Project is an independent study by Harvard University and the University of Sydney that grades nations' election processes to understand what we can learn from and change about them.
Usually they deal with third world countries and emerging governments.
But since the 2016 U.S. election failed its citizens to an unprecedented end, the EIP also graded all 50 states in this year's study.
