Dolly Parton will never forget where she came from.
In the aftermath of the devastating Tennessee wildfires that burned some 15,000 acres and 700 buildings, the country music legend is doing her part to help all the families who lost everything and are struggling to get back on their feet.
The 70-year-old released a video statement on Wednesday night explaining her organization's efforts to give back to her hometown by promising to give $1,000 a month for six months to all the families in need.
