Chris Brown Files Defamation Suit Against Woman Accusing Him of Rape

Chris Brown has filed a defamation lawsuit against the woman who filed a rape complaint against him in Paris.
In documents filed on Thursday and obtained by PEOPLE, the R&B singer accused the woman of “false accusation, committed on Jan. 18, 2019 in Paris…and not prescribed, provided for and punished” by the French Penal Code.
