Britney Spears Takes a Break from Treatment as She Spends Easter with Boyfriend Sam Asghari

Amid Britney Spears‘ continued treatment, the pop star is also spending time with one of the most important men in her life: her boyfriend of two years, Sam Asghari.
On Easter Sunday, Spears, 37, and Asghari, 25, were seen leaving The Montage Resort and Hotel in Beverly Hills.
“Britney is still receiving treatment but had a short break this weekend to enjoy Easter. She spent time with Sam,” a Spears family insider tells PEOPLE, adding that friends and family are still concerned
