Aaron Carter Arrested On DUI & Marijuana Possession Charges!

The 29-year-old was arrested in Habersham County, Georgia (about 90 miles outside of ATL) on Saturday night around 9 p.m. for driving under the influence and marijuana possession.
According to reports, he was charged with DUI, possession of less than once ounce of weed, and possession of drug-related objects.

TMZ reports the singer refused to partake in drug and brea
