Wal-Mart to create 10,000 U.S. jobs this year
Most of Wal-Mart's new jobs will be in 59 new stores planned for the fiscal year beginning in February as well as in e-commerce services, the retailer said on Tuesday. The additional retail jobs would represent less than 1 percent of Wal-Mart's U.S. workforce of about 1.5 million. U.S. automakers, Amazon.com Inc and other companies have announced plans to create U.S. jobs.
