U.S. IPOs set to rebound after dismal 2016

The Fed lifted interest rates by 25 basis points on Wednesday, the second increase since the financial crisis. Public listings will also get a boost next year from private equity firms looking to exit their investments, executives at both the Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange told Reuters.
