TC Energy suspends work on $8B Keystone XL pipeline as Biden plans to scrap permit today

Calgary-based TC Energy says it is suspending work on the Keystone XL pipeline in anticipation of incoming U.S. President Joe Biden revoking its presidential permit on Wednesday.
