LinkedIn's 'Open Candidates' Feature Lets You Search For Jobs Without Your Boss Knowing

LinkedIn launched a new feature that lets you secretly search for jobs without your boss knowing, the social network announced on Thursday.
The feature which is called Open Candidates lets users privately signal to recruiters they are searching for new job opportunities.
To access Open Candidates feature, go to the "Preferences" tab on the LinkedIn Jobs home page.
