Actelion says enters into exclusive discussions with J&J

ZURICH (Reuters) - Actelion said on Wednesday it has entered exclusive negotiations with U.S. healthcare company Johnson & Johnson regarding what the Swiss biotech company called a "possible strategic transaction".
