The European Court of Human Rights upheld a 2018 Italian judicial ruling that an ancient Greek statue at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles should be confiscated and returned to Italy, describing it as “an unlawfully exported piece of cultural heritage” in their Thursday announced decision. The Getty had appealed the
