Russia warns Apple: Comply with local software rules or face $52 million penalty

In a fresh escalation of tech sovereignty disputes, Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has issued a formal warning to Apple, demanding that the company stop what it calls discriminatory practices against Russian-developed software.
