ISS recommends Apple shareholders vote for CEO Tim Cook, other execs’ pay packages

Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) is recommending that Apple shareholders vote for the company’s director nominees and the pay packages for CEO Tim Cook and other top executives.Reuters:The ISS stance, published in a research note on Friday, comes after the iPhone maker had slashed Cook’s 2023 compensation target by more than 40% to $49 million.
