Apple’s iOS 15.4 paves the way for Driver’s Licenses on iPhone

Apple’s website says the ability to add a driver’s license or state ID to the Wallet app on the iPhone and Apple Watch in participating U.S. states is coming in early 2022.
Driver’s licenses and state IDs in Apple Wallet provide an easy, fast, and more secure way for people to present their driver’s license or state ID from their iPhone or Apple Watch.
