Apple to unveil first touch-screen MacBook and new iPad mini in late October

Apple is preparing a second major product launch later this month to introduce its first touch-screen MacBook along with a new iPad mini, according to Bloomberg News’ Mark Gurman.
The event is scheduled on or around Tuesday, October 27th, people familiar with the plans told Gurman. It will also include updated versions of the 14-inch MacBook Pro and the iMac powered by the new M6 chip. Like the company’s smart home-focused event set for around October 13th, the late-month launch is
