Apple opens claims for $250 million Siri settlement; eligible iPhone owners can file now

Apple customers who bought certain iPhones during a defined window can now file claims in the $250 million class-action settlement over delayed Siri and Apple Intelligence features.
The settlement administrator, Verita Global, has launched the official claims site at smartphoneaisettlement.com. Eligible class members are people in the United States who purchased an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. That period runs from Apple’s WWDC announcement
