Glasgow's Matt Carder takes Bath's Alex Lane’s badminton crown

Despite heading into the tournament as the number one seed Glasgow’s Matt Carder admitted to not feeling like the favourite – although that did not stop him beating defending champion Alex Lane to claim men’s singles gold.
