The Protect College Sports Act has passed the first of three procedural votes required to be signed into law.
On Tuesday, the Senate held their first procedural vote for the Protect College Sports Act, and the vote passed 74-24 with two absentees, who reportedly support the bill according to Yahoo Sports’ Ross Dellenger.Speaking from the Capitol, Sen.
