Pavement cafes plan for Museum Gardens, College Green and Micklegate

PAVEMENT cafes and stalls could be placed in Museum Gardens, Exhibition Square outside the art gallery and St Helen’s Square - in a bid to create a family-friendly atmosphere and boost businesses.
