Lords face fresh warnings over plans to amend Brexit legislation

The Prime Minister has issued a fresh warning to the House of Lords not to attempt to block or delay legislation enabling her to trigger Article 50, as peers lined up to criticise her plans for a Hard Brexit and her failure to offer guarantees on the rights of EU citizens.
