Dangerous rockfall shuts down popular walking spot which left council with 'expenditure'

A YORKSHIRE Dales council is facing having to set a parish precept for the first time in years after a large rockfall at Gordale Scar forced the closure of the footpath and left it with 'exceptional costs'.
