Multi-vehicle crash on M56 causes delays after lane closure

A MULTI-VEHICLE crash on the M56 has left drivers facing delays as rush hour approaches.  Commuters using the M56 will face 20 minutes of delays due to a lane closure between Junction 12, Runcorn, and Junction 14, Ellesmere Port.
