Concerns raised by councillor about Egerton Village scheme

A SENIOR councillor said she “feels very uncomfortable” as a Wirral Waters scheme looks set to move forward. Cllr Helen Cameron, who leads Wirral Council’s audit committee, said she wanted assurances after the local authority bought an office block in the area for £1.4m more than its worth.
