Surbiton alkaline attack victim rushed to Kingston A&E

The victim of a life-changing "alkaline attack" who was left blind after a corrosive substance was sprayed into his car in Surbiton claims that Kingston Accident and Emergency (A&E) "did not know what to do with him”.
