South London dad aboard Dorset Belle during Bournemouth beach tragedy

A dad from south London claims he was on board a pleasure cruise when two children died at Bournemouth beach on Wednesday (May 31) Luke Owen, his family, and other cruise goers were aboard the Dorset Belle when 10 people got into trouble in the water.
