Boy stabbed and ‘knifeman’ seen in 24 hours before mass London-bound train attack

Police are now looking into the stabbing of a 14-year-old boy and reports of a knifeman seen at a barbers in Peterborough as part of an investigation into a mass stabbing on a London-bound train.
