A typical North Staffordshire road lined with terrace houses 10,000 miles away from the Land Down Under is not somewhere normally associated the Australian Prime Minister.But a blue plaque has now been installed above number 86 Newcastle Street, Silverdale, informing passersby that Sir Joseph Cook lived there as a boy.
