Mike Phelan admits Hull were undone by exceptional goals from a quality player as Xherdan Shaqiri earned Stoke a 2-0 win. Shaqiri scored either side of half-time to earn Stoke a second consecutive win and clean sheet, leapfrogging their hosts in the Premier League table. His first was a beauty after drifting in from the right to dispatch a shot into the top right corner, the second a free-kick from 20 yards that he dinked over the wall.
