'Tees flyover can't take any more': Frustration over '12 year wait and £700m cost'

Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen has warned that a new A19 River Tees crossing could cost an estimated £700m and take up to 12 years to deliver, with government road budget cuts making funding unlikely any time soon.
