Young cyclist sought after Halesowen bag snatch

Dudley Police want help to trace a young cyclist who mugged at 61-year-old woman as she walked through Halesowen. 

The woman was on Bloomfield Street North at around 1pm on Wednesday 18 February when a young man cycled up to her and grabbed her handbag as he went past.
