Women charged with begging over roadside screen washing

Four women have been charged with begging after West Midlands Police responded to reports of roadside windscreen washers in Birmingham.Officers made the arrests on the Belgrave Middleway yesterday (21 February) after receiving complaints from drivers.Maxinela Stoian, aged 19, from Birmingham, and two girls aged 17 and another 15, have been charged with begging in a public place.All four are due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday 9 March.West Midlands Police is urging motor
