Woman charged with assault on paramedic

A woman has been charged in connection with an assault on a paramedic in Sutton Coldfield last night (Sunday 10 July).Lucy Phillips aged 37 of Carpenters Road, Lozells is charged with assault, after a female paramedic was injured as she tried to attend to an injured man.The paramedics were responding to reports that a man had fallen over inside the Pint Pot Pub in Mere Green at around 8.30pm.
