Wolverhampton man charged with attempted murder after double stabbing

Police investigating a double stabbing in Wolverhampton have charged a man with attempted murder.Unemployed Marcel Mowbray, aged 24, from Eastfield Grove, will appear before Wolverhampton magistrates this afternoon (16 June).
