Wolverhampton flat death - man charged with manslaughter

A man will appear in court next month charged in connection with the death of Stephen Phillips.Lewis Thornton, aged 24 of no fixed abode will appear at Dudley Magistrates Court on 19 August charged with the manslaughter and robbery.
