Walsall man jailed for 16 years after setting blaze in attempt to kill ex-lover

A spurned lover is facing 16 years behind bars after setting light to his ex-partner’s Walsall home. 

Gary Griffiths from Proffitt Close, Brownhills was found guilty of attempted murder after a three day trial in November last year after he set light to the front door of a property in Bloxwich Road, Walsall.
