Umbrella wielding robbers jailed over 53-day robbery crime spree

A group of brolly bearing Black Country robbers, who raided 13 shops across the West Midlands in a 53-day crime spree, have today (Friday, 17 April) been jailed for a total of 27 and a half years. Ashleigh Evans, Marcus Morgan, Liam Bell and Trea Richardson often used umbrellas to mask their entrance when they violently targeted supermarkets, convenience stores and electrical shops between 11 April and 2 June 2014.
