Two Walsall women arrested for Syria-related offences released on bail

Two women from Walsall arrested on suspicion of Syria related terrorism offences have been released on conditional police bail.

One, aged 23, is suspected of preparing for acts of terrorism and the other, aged 33, of failing to disclose information.

Both were detained at their home addresses in Walsall yesterday (11 February) by officers from the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.
