Tributes paid to man who died in Wolverhampton collision

Police have released the name of a 59-year-old man who died following a collision between a car and a van in Wolverhampton yesterday (29 December).Balvinder Singh was taken to hospital following the incident on Cannock Road, near to the junction of Cross Street North, at around 8.20am, but later died from his injuries. He was driving the van at the time of the collision.His family has paid tribute to the popular Wednesfield shopkeeper, saying; “He was the most loyal and hard-working family
