Traffic cop's Godfather honour for "miracle" Amy

WEST Midlands Police officer Jon Duckham has just become a Godfather…to a “miracle" girl he watched come back from the dead.

PC Duckham was Family Liaison Officer (FLO) to relatives of Walsall youngster Amy Samuel who technically died for 20 minutes after being crushed under the wheels of a car. She made an astonishing recovery, dumbfounding doctors, and Jon became a close friend as he supported the family through their ordeal - and last week he became Amy's Godfather!
