Top award for cop who saved baby’s life

A police officer who saved a baby’s life has been given a top award from the country’s leading humanitarian group.
 
The Royal Humane Society, whose patron is the queen, honoured Wolverhampton’s Sergeant Ron Price for reviving lifeless 8-month-old Alexei Kandare who had stopped breathing.
