Three arrested for robbery following pursuit in Knowle, Solihull

Police received an emergency call at 5pm today (Friday 9 June) to reports that three gunmen men were inside the West Bromwich Building Society in Station Road, Knowle.Following a pursuit through Knowle, Solihull and a small stretch of the M42 the men abandoned their white Renault Clio in the car park of Silhillian Sports Club, Knowle, before running inside.Officers, supported by a firearms team, moved inside the building and arrested three men on suspicion of robbery.Our priority was always to e
