Third family member charged in Black Country murder case 

A third member of the same family has been charged in connection with the death of a Black Country man killed on his own doorstep.Colin Lee Cooke, a serving prisoner, is accused of harbouring younger brother Paul Cooke in the days after he stabbed 64-year-old Ronald Smith to death.Mr Smith was found dead in the hallway of his home in Cottage Walk, West Bromwich, on 6 May last year; 34-year-old Cooke was jailed in September for a minimum of 28-and-a-half years having been found guilty of murder.C
