Speeding driver jailed for perverting the course of justice

A Birmingham man has been jailed for 16 months after giving false information to police in an attempt to evade speeding tickets. Dalbir Pangli, from Wheaton Vale, Handsworth Wood, was caught on camera by a mobile speed detection van driving his black Range Rover at speed three times on the A4040 Sandwell Road which has a 30 mph speed limit.
